I'm new too

Hi. I was introduced to Kundalini yoga at a retreat/workshop that I

went to two weeks ago. I live on Long Island, New York and looked for

a kundalini class when I got home and found nothing.

Does anyone know where I could learn/practice kunalini on long island

or in N.Y.C? Thank you

and pick the link to 'Teachers Directory' you'll find listings for

teachers all over the world. Searchable by state for USA. It's a great

resource for finding teachers where you live or if you are travelling

and want to try KY in a new place.

 

I took a quick look there and it looks like over 50 teachers in NY

state, about 25 in New York,New York and one in Long Island.
