Sat Nam,

 

I hope someone can help me with a description of a kriya/meditation. I was

listening to a copy of 1999 Summer Soltice-I believe it is Sadhana with Guru

Singh...topic is " I am who I am and that is that! He is guiding group through

an exercise and gives instruction of placing arms in front at chest level with

hands over elbows. Now my question is what is the posture for the lower body.

Is it standing and coming down on crows squat? He mentions something about

firing thighs.

 

Please send me an email if you are familiar with this recording or maybe were

there and were able to see his demonstration.

 

Also in that same recording is an exercise he describes sitting on heels and

grabbing on to ankles breathing in as you go up and exhale. Does torso bend

forward or backward in this exercise.
