Meditation for Awareness

Hello,

It has been suggested to me to do the " meditation for awareness. " I

don't know if that is the exact name but this is the description. Sit

in easy pose, elbows down by the ribs, hands closed with the index

fingers pointing up in the air. Eyes focused on the chin. Breathing

through the mouth in a circle for 11 minutes with long slow deep

breathing. Then 11 more minutes with the same breath but this time

with pranic breath, still through the circle mouth.

I'd like to know more about this meditation. When Yogi Bhajan taught

it, what he said about it, and more about its benefits.

Any information would be welcome.
