Guest guest
Sat Nam! I am new to KY and after reading the exercises described on 3ho.org I would like to practice them, however, I got a couple of questions: Is it safe if I just follow up on instruction given on 3ho.org and do the exercise or should I do it with a teacher? Almost in all exercises it says, Sit in Easy Pose, can do the exercises standing up? I get tired very fast when I am seating whereas standing up makes it easy and I can perform the entire exercise easily. ______________________________\ ____ Be a better Heartthrob. Guest guest
Sat Nam! Some of the exercises can be standing up, if the positions are not compromised. Be sure to bend your knees and stay grounded. Otherwise, yes, follow the directions. You will also want to cultivate awareness, so studying my free on-line classes will be helpful. Sat Nam!
