Strange Question

Good Evening All,

This might actually sound like a stupid question. In

Reiki there is an exercise that attuned people (they

would also happen to be a couple) can do together on

the heart chakra to strengthen a bond and it also

helps strengthen good communication.

I am newly married to my very best friend so we don't

have any communication " problems " necessarily but I am

hoping there may be some KY exercises which could

achieve this goal. The Reiki one won't work yet as I

am a Reiki Master but he is unattuned just yet and I

will have to work him through those slowly so as not

to cause healing crisis.

He likes yoga and so do I so I am hoping there is

something that you guys can recommend that we can do

together. He's very open-minded and would be perfectly

willing to do any exercises, chants, etc.

Thanks in advance and sorry for being " wordy "

Warmest Appreciation,

Jennifer Spencer Boedeker

In GuruRattan's greeen manual, Sexuality & Spirituality, she has many

kriyas that Yogi Bhajan gave for couples. One of the best is sitting

back to back chanting kirtan kriya. I believe it's in there...

THANK YOU! I will look for that, I thought I ran

across it once on the Yoga Tech website.
