Guest guest
Namaste, In fact I am receiving a teaching course on bhangra in Madrid (Spain) together with some other Kundalini yoguis. It is an eighteen months course and then we will be going to India in order to receive more tuition and of course dance in front of the advanced. It is not only the dance or the music, if you think that Kundalini yoga has taught you how to feel your body, please try this. It is unbeliable how your both parts of your brain work. You become more aware of your movements, your mind works both sides, but of course, the first thing you learn in Bhangra is how to smile all the time. You have to be aware of your eyes, hands and arms, legs, your whole body is in equilibrium with your mind and you feel it, you do not control it. It is very difficult because you break barriers of former learnings from society. I highly recommend it but of course, we have a great teacher, it is not a video. Hope it may bring some information. And will you be continuing your course there or will it end by the time you reach there? I am in new york city and went to Espanola ,the ; " headquarters " ,but there are no courses offered in any of those places ; just workshops on kundalini. And Ravi Kaur is just selling a video but not giving an extensive course . I am wondering if there is a place in India where I could go and learn as well as the Gadka technique . I am going to Amritsar and Anandpur Sahib in November but I was told to stay away from connecting with just anyone and I should go to Miri Piri academy ; However ,they are a young people school and are learning it all the time ;butI am talking about a course for more mature people ... thank you for any info....
