Guest guest
Sat Nam, In San Diego we are starting at 4:00 am. In other words doing it at the time we have set for Sadhana in our time zone. Sat Nam, Guru Rattana
Guest guest
3:30am East Coast is precise. There is a Guru Ram Das meditation that has to be fit in. Some locales do it before and some after, but the Long EKS begin ( http://www.sahej.com/Ek-Ong-Kar.html ) simultaneously. As you are in Western Canada. 1:30am sounds about right. 11:30pm, perhaps, in Alaska, and so forth. That would put it at 1:30am my time? Which I have never recalled doing in the past? > >Sat Sangeet kaur > > > >
Guest guest
Correction to my earlier email. It is the Guru Ram Das meditation that is simultaneous. Different locations will work in the Long EKs in whatever way works for them. It would be interesting and informative if some folks from across the globe would post detail of their times on this list.
