Can you give me some exercise for activate the Kundalini force ?!

Have you tried the Safeties that has provided to us? If you

truly want to be on the path there is no " fast track " . You have to do

the work, the selfless service to others, practice the Safeties. The

Kundalini is a harsh mistress, not something to take lightly.

feel nothing for now , if i have to describe the exer. that i am doing

they are very simple , I inhale and try to feel how the energy is

going up from muladhara to the crown , but to be honest I do not feel

the energy , and when exale , try to feel energy goes down , thats it .
