Guest guest
Sat nam, I was wondering if anyone knows about any Kundalini yoga teachers in Birmingham, UK. I have checked out the teacher listing but haven't found anyone where I am. I am keen on starting Kundalini yoga practices . Is it safe to do it by just watching the videos or the online lessons. Someone once said Kundalini should be practised under personal guidance as it may have some unwanted side effects if not done the right way. Hoping to get a response. Many blessings and love & peace to all, Taj This e-mail, and any attachments are strictly confidential and intended for the addressee(s) only.
