Hi all,

Can you help me straighten my morning sadhana. Im currently doing nabhi

kriya then 10mins rest and then aguarius meditation [7min sat kriya

7min kirtan 7sck]

This set is not providing me with enough oxygen for the lack of better

explanation - I feel like I would like to have some sets with strong

breath of fire and such in the begining to really fill my self up with

energy, preferably as an aid to nabhi - to work the lower three.

will appreciate thoughts

Nabhi Kriya should give you enough oxygen IF you are

doing it correctly and breathing deeply enough. Those

leg lifts( Ex. 1 & 2) at the beginning must

consciously bring the breath all the way to the navel

point. The next (3) makes us conscious of that area

and meditative. The fourth (opening the arms and

stretching the legs up to 60 degrees) should

consolidate that awareness and make it(the breath)

even deeper. The fifth should sharpen our breath and

massage the inner organs. The final exercise is to

spread all of the energy of the navel point throughout

the system. This too should be done as vigorously as

you can manage without losing your balance.

Sat Kriya and the other two are excellent though seven

minutes may not be enough time to really take

advantage of their power.

Also, you do not mention a meditation as part of your

daily practice. This might also help. The 62 minutes

of Sadahana meditations are excellent.
