cervical pain

I have continuing pain in my left shoulder. Apparently it has something to

do with compression in between my 2nd and 4 cervical spine joints (my spine

was fused between 5 and 6). Sometimes I get headaches and it radiates down

my arms. I started doing the visualization exercise bringing energy up my

spine. Everything works fine until I get to that point and I get

'stuck'. I also have a huge trigger point there according to the physical

therapist Im working with. Mobilizing energy along the rest of the pathways

seems to be going ok...but I just cant seem to get past that point. Does

anyone have any suggestions? Could it be that I have the posture wrong too?

Thanks!

Books from author Doreen Virtue:

" Healing with the angels "

" Angel Therapy "

I prey them (Angels-being who live on other frequency) that my headache stop and

my headache realy disapear and even more happends, it come pleasure in brain

like in heart.

Iff that works again and again I do not need nothing against headache, just ask

for help.

P.S. I sugested also book " The Secret " from author Rhonda Byrne.

Do also daily sadhana becouse that will change your astral body and through

astral body also your material body.

In group is easy to be disciplined.

Imagine daily that you are health but always with good emotions and thoughts.

Fake it until make it. Mental video clips can move into reality (material

level).

I have the same problem, but the difference is that I do not have any nerve

compression at the cervical area.

I treated my shoulder pain with continuous psychotherapies.I took MRI scans and

X rays. I took these tests to know the exact nature of the problem. these

tests reveal that there are no nerve compressions and there is no periarthritis

problem .

Moreover, I am being treated by an acupuncturist for a complete cure.

Dear Anne:

My experience with shoulder pain and cervical pain above the heart is

that it's related to the heart. There's pain that wants to be felt....

Just accept the pain where ever it's coming from and start paying

attention to what happens in your heart.

Wait until you have space and time to cry... or rage...

Many blessings and make sure you give yourself time to see the funny

side of it as well...!

Let me know how you do or if you have any questions about my suggestions!
