Sat Nam Everyone,(especially teachers!)

I have a question regarding the above mentioned set. In the first

segment, (in Kundalini Meditation Manual for Intermediate Students), it

says to come into camel pose and begin breath of fire. Subsequently,

the instructins say, " In the same pose, begin Sat Kriya: apply

mulabandha while exhaling with a vocal SAT, inhaling and relaxing with

a vocal NAM. " I thought that you had to be in rock pose to do sat

kriya.(with your arms over your head) Do you think you're supposed

to " sit up " from the camel pose and proceed to do sat kriya the

traditional way - or as the manual states, somehow do it in camel

pose?

Someday, maybe a kundalini teacher will come to Spokane, WA!! In

the meantime, thanks for your help.

Blessings. Abinashi

Dear Abinashi

In this Kriya, you do come into camel pose and stay in camel pose

while breathing and chanting and doing the locks exactly as in Sat

Kriya, only the posture is different.

This isn't Sat Kriya, it was just a way to describe this particular

exercise.

PS If I ever pass by Spokane, I'll let you know. I love to teach where

ever I travel to or through!
