Guest guest
I have also been noticing along with my increased yoga practice that I have been more emotional, almost too sensitive. I am trying to stay in my neutral mind and for the most part I have not reacted to my emotions, thank goodness. But it seems like I have stirred something up in my soul and I am wondering has anyone else experienced this and when does it pass? Thanks
Guest guest
Practicing yoga has made me open my heart even more and sensitivity is not a bad thing. It makes me feel better and, at times, helps with pain, blood pressure, alleviation of negative feelings. Keep going and judge what is best for you Lovingly Teresa ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com
Guest guest
I have been feeling that way also ... very emotional and sensitive ... and feeling angry ... it's tiring because I keep judging myself and then I get mad for judging myself and it has been going in a circle... I thought maybe I opened the kundalini energy too early without realizing that my intentions were actually working ... ? Guest guest
Same here. It sort of comforts me to know I'm not alone. I've been like that for a few weeks following a recent and fairly breath-taking samadhi. iliveincolor <iliveincolor Kundaliniyoga Friday, September 21, 2007 2:57:30 PM Kundalini Yoga Re: Another Question I have been feeling that way also ... very emotional and sensitive ... and feeling angry ... it's tiring because I keep judging myself and then I get mad for judging myself and it has been going in a circle... Guest guest
Yes me too!! Angry at times. I was thinking that I might have done the same thing. My Guru says that sometimes if you release the energy to soon the nervous system might be to weak to handle it. I haven't shared that I am having these feelings personally. I was hoping to get feedback from people on in this group who have experienced this and gone to the other side of it. Anybody got feedback for us?? Guest guest
Ultimately, growth and the neutral mind are a product of stirring up many things inside us, coming face to face with them, feeling the pain, and then releasing it. Try to witness your emotions and let them pass.My first 120 days with Sodarshan Kriya were hell. The releases came slowly and I resisted. Angry feelings cam up towards my father, during sponsor the child comercial I would crys and I generally felt more neurotic than evey. I questioned my sadhana, why am I doing this. I feel no unstable than ever. Then the next day something would click into place somewhere in my soul and everything would be ok. This is the process. This usually happens every 40 days. You are cleaning house..great KY is working. After many releases, if you keep up, issues that bother you have come up and been released so many times that they no have a hold on you. This is when you experience the neutral mind and begin to see things for what they are. I still get angry but the anger doesn´t stay with as it used to. Certain issues from my past no longer bother me when i think of them. And i can contrate my thoughts on other projects than harbouring anger and resentment. My advice is keep going you have many treasures inside you waiting to be found. The best part you can love people around you with an unfettered heart. 600? days sodarshan kriya 22mins. 90 days Sat kriya....to be continued- Chris Fussy? Opinionated? Impossible to please? Perfect. Guest guest
Yes, many awkward feelings, kind of grumpy, stay away from me feelings. These do pass, and apparently an opportunity to 'clear obstacles' so a good thing to be grateful for, but they don't feel that good. They pass rather quickly, then come on again.
