It's just so wonderful to be able to access this information. Guru Rattana, would like you opinion on something -- I will be soon living in NJ and would like to take face-to-face classes also. Was wondering if you may be able to recommend classes that are in-line with the teachings of your website -- even if the are in New York City that would be accessable to me. Make sure also that you to New Millennium Being e-zine ( see astro ezine button on www.yogatech.com) I explain HOW to cultivate awareness in your practice with each issue. I don't know who teaches in NJ, but I don't think there are many teachers there. I recommend going to the classes you can find and check out the teachers. See which one resonates with you.
