Question for Guru Rattan

Hi,

Just wondering, recently I purchased Guru Rattana's book Transitions to a Heart

Centered World. Do really enjoy this book and appreciate it very much.

What I would like to ask is -- there is a chart that shows the

difference between the open and balanced chakras vs. not open and

balanced, how that translates into the expression of the personality

-- how does one get to the desired state? Is it through the exercises

in the book that effect the different chakras -- or through conscious

choices we make in daily living that effect habitual living patterns

in the brain?

Thanks in advance -- : ) Christine

Dear Christine,

Just wondering, recently I purchased Guru Rattana's book Transitions to a Heart

Centered World.

What I would like to ask is -- there is a chart that shows the difference

between the open and balanced chakras vs. not open and balanced, how that

* I also have a whole book devoted to this called Your Life is in Your Chakras.

It has exercises and lots of explanations.

-- how does one get to the desired state? Is it through the exercises in the

book that effect the different chakras

* all the Kundalini yoga exercises in all my books including Transitions effect

the chakras. You can even feel which ones work on which chakras. The sets work

on most of the chakras. So there is rarely a set that works on just one chakra.

-- or through conscious choices we make in daily living that effect habitual

living patterns in the brain?

* Of course, that is important too.

Sat Nam,

Guru Rattana
