I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for 14 years and did my Teacher Training 9 years ago. I find them quite compatible, and at times, most complimentary to each other. I believe it is what is in your heart and your spirit.....if to you, they work together and belong together, then they do. Look deep into yourself and you will find your own answer there.
