Should you practice when you have cold

Sat Nam!

 

When we are sick, have a cold, etc, we need to rest and not push ourselves. Our

body can heal itself faster if we don't exhaust it more.

 

Sitali breath is good during these times. It is cooling and good for the immune

system. Inhale through pucked mouth, exhale throught the nose.

 

If you can, it is good to keep doing something to maintain a high vibration.

Light exercises and stretching keep the energy moving. Breathing a meditation

keep our vibration up.

 

RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG healing meditation helps in healing. It is in the

There are homeopath remedies for the flu and cold that work well, if you catch

it early. Just ask at any health food store.

Thank you so much for your advise.

It was very helpful, I didn't know what to do when I got cold...

And, I tried the healing meditation from the book yesterday ...

believe or not, I really do feel much better today.
