Guest guest
I think its bodhicitta and to know we are doing it for others. The west has a false idea of self and so everything is showing it... It shows in the music, in the yoga, in the chai. Its getting so bad we CAN'T even find people who share the intentions we live as sikh and sufi and spiritual so called others.... Soi am grateful for those who have joined the group who are not Sufi and Sikh who are interested in positive action and bridging. I have noticed that in the yoga circles out side of Sikh, that people are not appraching things 6th sensory, so the most important element must be compassion. When we have compassion, we can teach Kundalini to anyone, we can teach with a sincerity to heal and help and because we are not thinking of ourselves we do not get too body focussed. I think the most important element is the juice that fuels the practice which can become a journey of self and other, when taught interdependently as a sincere effort to help future generations of children.
