Wishing Well to All

I am new to Kundalini Yoga, you might say that I'm new to yoga period,

so I have a lot of questions that I have been curious about for quite

some time.

When we hear and use the words YOGA, SADHANA, CHAKRA, DOSHA,

PRANAYAMA, and others, what language are they in?

Does anyone here fluently speak this language?

I am eager to hear all about the knowledge and experiences of the

people in this group, I don't know where to start!

If anyone has any stories/knowledge they would like to share about

using these words I would love to read about them.

See you around!
