Guest guest
Welcome to the list John. If you like please read message 3, 42, 391. The Kundalini can be a very long and wild ride so be prepared. Rarely is there a chance of turning back once the flow has been acquired. The joys and adventure and knowledge greatly outweigh the risks though, imho. - blessings to you and all - chrism
Guest guest
Hello Robert, And welcome. I have found OBE folks very open to the Kundalini. Please read back into the archives and feel your way around. Having time to practice is a very good thing. -

Guest guest
Hey there- Many Blessings to you all. I have read through the last couple of postings and the 'Safeties " also had a look at the " Tibetians " (which after I read through the safeties I was wondering what they were - my question was answered in the next postings! - miracles eh!) So I fully agree with the safeties and for me on my journey with 'K' they are a natural progression of k transforming my life. Honesty, integrity, forgiveness, love etc - they only way to be. The techniques I will integrate now - so Thank you Chrism. Diet wise -I have had strong inclinations to eat vegetarian and have been working on this. For those of you that have not heard my " story " here it is ....I had a spontaneous K activation several years ago. The journey to date has transformed my life significantly. I can't say that this journey whilst living it was pleasant -but the knowledge, wisdom and expansion of peace and love that I now feel are truely worth while. My whole reality took a significant shift in the space of a few years. The lessons I learnt were all about physical reality. Detachment from who I thought I was...lessons in poverty...lessons in suffering...in forgiveness...detachment from relationships...(losses thereof)..learning to be independent (empowered) in my own right ie not relying on anything or anyone...live in the moment...see the beauty and wonder of what God provides (nature and beauty within all people)...{ In Reality, I lost relationship of 17 years, career (job), reputation (called a prostitute-also loss of job -Practice Manager for Law Firm) - Was raped by three men (pyschologically & emotionally violent) - and Many more challenging events.} My point that I wish to share is not about my " story " but to reiterate the postings by - that the Kundalini energy is to be treated with Honour. In hindsight I clearly was unprepared - I had to that point passionately monitored my thoughts words and deeds to be as righteous as possible...never took drugs or alcohol. - regular " goody two shoes " but that monitoring was based on a limited awareness - I had no knowledge of what happened to me the'night " that my k was activated. After expressing these weired and amazing symptoms to others I realised that nobody knew what I was talking about and I suppose this was a lesson for my 'ego' - to not identify with the symptoms. let me express here - that " I am so over it " - But notice 'stuff " surfacing that I need to heal from time to time and I now don't buy into it but see it as " my body " releasing - no doubt will share more in the future. ...I have a sore back at the moment - aching right down my spine.. is this connected to k - emotional release etc - as I keep getting it. I have not done anything to cause it lately - Although I have historical injuries - but nothing too significant. My desire for myself at present is to purify my systems. To continue to heal and to strenghten. I wish to be of heartfelt service. Not sure where this will lead me..but wanting to project this into the future is my mind creating more illusions. On this subject - What are your thoughts? Do we manifest? (Creative Visualisation - Shakti Gawain also writing by Deepak Chopra and many other authors) - Using the creative mind - I can definitely see this happending in my life..and I can see in hindsight that negative events (that I learnt from!!) were created- Or is this just a waking dream that we are walking through - information like " A Course in Miracles " . I have predictive dreams of events in the following days that I certainly would not be manifesting. (consiously at least) - these leads my 'mind' to conclude that it is all set out before me and I should just relax - stop my mind from judging and enjoy the ride!! This is interesting to me because I feel that if we do manifest then it is more complicated that just changing one's thoughts (cognitive) but must surely have to do with the other bodies (emotional) etc and the memories and beliefs stored in one's system (unconsious mind)- Maybe this is all beyond my minds ability to comprehend ...the only way to do so is to go .. " out of one's mind " ...meditation etc. A bit long winded sorry eek!! Much much heartfelt love to you all Carol Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger. Guest guest
Carol, My experience is that this is a dream and we do manifest our lives. it is both complicated and quite simple. I doubt you will ever stop your mind from judging but you might learn to live with it comfortably and enjoy the ride. Some of what I have created has not met with my expectations, but that is just the minds view. Rather shallow in retrospect. It took me quite a while to be conscious of my manifestation process. It's control at the level of no control. BlessU Sam , Carol Moulin <moulincarol wrote: > > On this subject - What are your thoughts? Do we manifest? Guest guest
Hi Carol- Your post feels very real to me, I think I get it as much as I can. I too found early on to " not identify with the symptoms " nor to anticipate any new mystical experiences. They happened anyway, but to identify with or to second guess what was happening was extremely injurious to my psyche. Those attachments were always eventually ripped off in time, bliss can be a trip that way. I like your questions for us and for yourself. Yes it seems the experience opened many questions for me too, I just knew however I had made it up before could not have any great degree of accuracy from what I was then experiencing. And although I am getting more comfortable and a bit familiar with what goes on I still like to remember that there are surely some things I do not understand at all, and yet it all comes rolling out none the less. Big Kiss- Bret
Guest guest
Hello I am new to the study of Kundalini Yoga and looking forward to the enrichment that is to be gained when the right chakras are combined with some diligent sadhana (bear with me - I'm also new to these terms). Already I feel a surge of positive energy and I don't feel that I have even fully embarked upon this journey! This is very exciting, and I am glad that there are people out there who can be an example of what this practice offers. Wishing wellness to All!
