I am only up to about 2 or 3 minutes but enjoy the effects and fully feel I have chosen the right meditation. My only problem is I can not go for as long I would like to because of a stuffy right or left nostril. I tried to power through it a few times but this leaves me light headed. When the nasal passages are clear it is such a joyful experience. If anybody could suggest something it would be GREATLY appreciated.
