Guest guest
Sat Nam! The phrase of the Cd´s afirmations of Yogi Bhajan: " Let the lotus feet of the Guru be in your heart " Lotus is refers to opening the 1000 petal lotus of the crown chakra. When the seventh chakra opens our consciousness is fully open and we are available to receive Divine wisdom. Feet refers to bowing and humility. We humble ourselves to receive Divine wisdom. There is no other way. When we bow we actually stimulate the pineal and pituitary glands to secrete so we can be in this consciousness. When we are conscious, we realize that the Divine is guiding us. Guru refers to the Divine as our teacher and guide. Then we hold pure consciousness, connected to the Divine and humbly available to follow Divine guidance, in our heart. We love our experience. Humbly with pure consciousness, hold the Divine as your Guru in your heart. Blessings, Guru Rattana
