Guest guest
Dear Chris, Sat Nam! In response to your last email marked timers and cold showers. Your routine needs more Kundalinli yoga exercises. I suggest doing Spinal Energy Series that is in Sadhana Guidelines or the one that is in the free on line lessons. Or do some warm ups and end with Sat Kriya. You need more physical exercises to integrate all this navel energy into your body. The amount of Sat Kriya and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya that you are doing is A LOT of navel. Don't forget to ground the energy and open your heart. Blessings, Guru Rattana :+)
Guest guest
I do the warm-ups which involve most of the excercises in the spinal energy series before I start Sat and finish with Sodarshan, this is not enough? I will try to fit in this new element. Thank you. Other ways of grounding and opening the heart? Since the navel is necessary for transformation can we over do it?- Respectfully, Chris Guru Rattana <gururattan wrote: Dear Chris, Sat Nam! Guest guest
Dear Chris, I do the warm-ups which involve most of the excercises in the spinal energy series before I start Sat and finish with Sodarshan, this is not enough? * That is good. But do trying doing the sequence in the spinal energy series if you have time and moniltor the difference. Warm ups are important and if a set covers the same thing, then choose the set because it has its own dynamic. I will try to fit in this new element. * Great. Thank you. Other ways of grounding * Look, listen and feel every sensation inside your skin. Focus on what you feel in your belly, solar plexus and heart. and opening the heart? * Feel the sensations at your heart. Brainwave meditation is a great one for both heart and navel. I suggest you try it. There are plent of heart meditations in Tranitions to a Heart Centered World. ANd some of them give you a dramatic shift of energy, like Sodarshan. I know this is what you are looking for. " +) Since the navel is necessary for transformation can we over do it? * Yes, It is only one of our seven chakras. It is very important, but should serve as the base to awaken and integrate the other chakras. The fire at the navel descends to ignite the kundalini at the base of the spine. And the fire at the navel needs to reach up to open the heart. Pull that navel fire up to your heart. This is a great exercise. Use the locks. Feel the flame at the navel open the heart.
