Vibrations of energy at different times of the day...

Before making my decision to practice KY, I had looked into

Transcendental Meditation being that someone else recommended it and

was a teacher. I looked over their website, one thing I took away

with me was that they have seen that each hour of the day has a

different energy vibration.

I have noticed this to be true also, although I wasn't quite sure what

I was experiencing. G.R.'s mention of the times of the day/night that

the subconscious mind is active was very enlightening.

Anyone else have any futher information with energies at times of the day?

I have noticed that my mind feels very weak/negative at around 3PM,

more spiritual in the AM, and then more carnal in the afternoon. Also

when the sun goes down, I have read that the sun coming up and going

down is a very spiritual time, but for the sun going down, my mind

usually feels very weak then.

Would love to hear what you know about this.

Thanks very much! : ) Christine

Sat Nam,

Christine, I very much appreciate the fact that you use appropriate headers for

you questions and don't mix them up in the same email.

If you feel negative and weak, that is a time to do some KY. I do triangle pose

between 3-4 if I feel my energy dropping. Also 4part breath is good. See

lesson 11 I think.

Sunset and Sunrise are times to be meditating so our magnetic field can adjust

to the earth changes.

Sat Nam,

Guru Rattana
