Guest guest
Sat Nam Does the right hand stay at the nose or rest on the knee during the SCK? I understand about the inhalation thru the left nostril and then closing off the right nostril during exhalation. I have searched the KY messages and haven't seen this addressed. The manuals that I have do not address the right hand. I rest it on my right knee in gyan mudra during the naval pumping as this seems to make sense since the eyes are focused at the tip of the nose. Is this correct? Thank you in advance for your assistance! Sat Sangat
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I bring my hand down during the pumping. I not seen any directions that said to do it one way or another. Sat Nam, Guru Rattana
Guest guest
I agree there are no instructions one way or the other but I kind of like the way the sweat drips off my elbow as I hold the nostril closed and pump my stomach. This of course happens once I extend the practice beyond 3 minutes.
