Snoring

Hi dear people,

 

my boy-friend decided to spilt with me because I flip out in the night because

of his

snoring...

I checked the archives but didn't find much and was somehow surprised.

Ear-plugs, some

medical help (but not very convincing), separate rooms, accepting the noise.

 

If snoring is a " bad breathing habbit " , it should be possible with some

exercises to change

this habbit and learn a correct breathing, isn't it?

 

Kundalini is so connected with the quality of breathing!

My boy is not practicing yoga so the other question would be, is there some

people around

practicing yoga and still snoring?

Do someone know some kriyas to cure this sickness?
