Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please do not put the name of the person you are responding to in the headers. The headers should contain the key words that identify the content of the email. The reason for this is to make it possible for people to search the archives and be able to locate the appropriate information by topic. If the header does not correspond to the topic WE/YOU will not be able to locate it. Also when we search by topic in our email program, if something has been added to the title of the header, it may not come up with other emails in that thread. Besides the obvious, leave out phrases like " a question about. " If anyone else has a better way to explain this, please do so. Kundalini yoga is about increasing consciousness, which includes acting in a more conscious manner. Here is one test -- headers. :+) We will see how we all do. Thanks.
