Here´s a link that answers your question. Dhrib Drhisti Lochina Karma Kriya.

Cool because it can be mastered in 40 days, unlike most other practices.

I am too interested in clairvoyance. What excercises would be good for

developing that?

Hi Bill,

I had a look on the link.

" The tips of the teeth are together. The tongue should touch the

palate. " Does this mean the tip of the incisives touch? If I do this,

it feels really uncomfortable and tense!

Do I get this right?

Thanx

Saruj Kaur, Bill:

I always did this with the lower incisive against the back of the

upper incisive where they are getting thin (about 2/3 of the upper

incisive away from the gum). The teeth are just touching, they are not

pressed.

The tongue remains connected with the palate just before the upper teeth.

This kriya has a lot to it, but is very comfortable and relaxing.

Don't tense up anything!

Blessings,

Awtar Singh
