Guest guest
Sat Nam, Which meditations would you suggest for someone who goes to a nordic country in winter and suffer from the lack of light? Guest guest
Ver Tips: For lack of light, simply imagine the sun shining inside you, in each of the organs, in each of the bones, each of the muscles, feeling its warmth and brightness. Or even better: imagine God shining within every cell of your being! But the sun is easier for people, generally, the sun being something somewhat more tangible. I think we entertain dark thoughts and that's the problem... Think positive (not faking it, not thinking that you think positive, not covering up negative with positive...) And after meditating on the sun or God's light... meditate on your own... When you know how to do this, teach your friend! Guest guest
Sat Nam, There is a set for Sun Energy in Transitions to a Heart Centered World that helps with this. available on www.yogatech.com It activates our inner light and builds inner fire which seems to go down in winter months.
