Guest guest
A few years back there was a posting by Gururattan Kaur, I think, about a chant or mantra to do for dead or dying animals. Does anyone remember the details, what the chant was and how to do it? Thank you. Sat Nam Gail Port Elizabeth South Africa

It is the prayer St Francis and St Clare said to the animals. Live without fear. You're creator loves you, has made you holy and will always protect you. Go in peace to follow the good road. May God bless and protect you forever.
Guest guest
Sat Nam Gail The chant is for a persons too, it is not just for animals. I think it is AKAAL you repeat this chant five times (?) , I am not sure of the correct spelling. Try doing a archive search for chant for dead animals. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yes, the chant is the same for passing animals and humans. Akaaaaaal chanted 5 times. Just calm yourself and chant with love. This creates light for the passing soul to use rather like an opening to join the Light.
