I am Sunil Gera based in Piscataway,NJ and a new member of this forum.

 

I am keen to learn KY, can some body advice me how to proceed in a

simple manner as i am new to this practice.

 

Are there any practice sessions near Pescataway NJ.

Hello Sir/Madam,

 

First u need to seek a guru to awaken your third eye. The guru will use his own

aura and prana with the help of vibration of the sound and to stimulate your

taste sense to awaken your third eye. With kudalini yoga, your spiritual

evolution to the positive side will be faster.

Awaken your third the keep practice the meditation. Remember practice, practice

and practice. If u cant find any guru to awaken your third eye, u can come to

Malaysia and let me know i will bring you to the Guru the awaken my third eye.
