Kriya for anxiety

Sat Nam,

 

Recently I have experienced some anxiety over the holiday period. I

remembered reading in " K.Y. The Flow of Eternal Power " that there was

a Kriya to lift anxiety immediately. However, on searching for it, I

can not locate it. Can someone help?

Mahan gyan mudra or balancing nervous and immune systems in transitions to a

heart centered world, or brahm meditation has helped me zap anxiety for 24hours

with just 11mins practice. Your arms will hurt but your heart center will be

opened making you fearless. The kriya for eliminating fear found in yoga for

business is also a good one. For a long term solution I suggest starting with

sat kriya 5mins and slowly working up to 22mins and eventually to 31mins. with

equal resting time balancing the lower triangle of chakras. Search online or buy

Thank you Chris. Yes, I think it's time to move past the 5 min. Sat

Kriya, and increase it - I had forgotten to increase the time. Thank

you also for the other suggestions.

There is a meditation on page 280 called the Grace of God meditaion

for woman. Go to page 136 and read the information on anxiety.
