Sat Nam,

Recently I´ve added The meditation to become a spiritual teacher. -Mudra palms

stiffly facing forward with thumbs out to the side pointing back towards body.

Eyes looking at nose tip. mantra har, har, ray, har, ree, wa,hay, guru saying

each syllable clearly. My first week was fun and my mind become very quick and a

sense of tenacity, a sense of go out and get it you deserve it doing 11minutes.

Whereas Sodarshan and Sat kriya leave me in a more kind of go with the flow

neutral state of mind. Previous to this I usually do 22mins Sat Kriya and 22mins

(120days) Sodarshan chakra kriya 22mins (day 700?) Last two weeks have been

tough the meditation has made me sad and angry at times. It must be working.

1)Anyone meditated with a Har mantra for an extended period of time? 2)What have

been your observations? I was told to modify my sadhana because it focused too

much on the navel point. 3)Will a har mantra get me into the heart?

4) Do I have to tune in for each practice ong namo..and tune out for each

practice or do i tune in only once to begin my sadhana?

Dear Chris,

Sat Nam! It is always great to hear how devoted you are to your practice and

how you have shifted and changed.

>I was told to modify my sadhana because it focused too much on the navel point.

* So you add har meditation. You make me laugh. But navel is a base so never

eliminate working with the third chakra.

3)Will a har mantra get me into the heart?

* Har is definitely a navel exercise. But you can also make it into a

navel/heart exercise.

1. Say har slow enough to feel the HH sound at the heart.

2. When you pump the navel do it again slowly enough to feel the fire or the

energy at the navel and feel that you are extending this energy up to your

heart. Like you have a flame and the flame rises to ignite the heart.

3. Feel the navel and heart connect up the spine from navel to heart. Feel your

spine ignite at the heart.

4. You can also chant har in rhythm with your heartbeat. Listen at your heart.

Once you get to doing all this together for 40 days and experience the effects,

write us back.

Marty and Julia and everyone else, this would be good for you too.

4) Do I have to tune in for each practice ong namo..and tune out for each

practice or do i tune in only once to begin my sadhana?

* Only once at the beginning of your sadhana.

Blessings,

Guru Rattana :+)

Sat Nam,

I realize now that some of my posts earlier this year did not get through. I am

trying to find them. This might be one of them.
