Guest guest
Sat Nam GuruRattana, There was a breathing set posted in the section of Kriys/Meditations on Yogatech.com last week (I think). I think the set was called Basic Breathing for Energy or some kind of energizing breath. I was interested in practicing this set, but I did not write down the instruction. I remember this much, 1. Block off the left nostril with your left thumb. Keeping your fingers straight up like an antenna. Do LDB or BOF through your right nostril for 2 to 3 minutes 2. Block off the Right nostril with your right thumb. Do LDB or BOF through your left nostril for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Do alternate nostril breathing for 1 minute. 4. Do the BOF for 1min. I think the hands are resting on the knees in gyan mudra. I do not remember if there were any other steps to this breathing exercise. Would you let me know if this is correct instruction for this set. If not could you please provide me with the correct instructions.
