Guest guest
Sat Nam all, There is a link to some Kundalini Kriyas through the pinklotus.org. http://www.pinklotus.org/-%20Kundalini%20Yoga%20kriyas%20english.htm I have a question about the one titled " KY for balancing the aura. " The last step states to " play the tape of the Wahe Guru Jeeo meditation. " This meditation is easy enough to find in may forms but is this Kriya talking about a specific tape? The reason I ask is because it goes on to say, " When you hear the Toohee, take one powerful breath of fire, etc.... " What is the Toohee? I cannot figure out what they are refering too. Toohee as a word is not in this meditation. If you can give some insight I would appreciate it. Thanks. Nancy Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. Guest guest
Sat Nam, What is the Toohee? * I have no idea either. Maybe they meant Jeeo. Try that. Blessings, Guru Rattana

Guest guest
Sat Nam, The word Toohee is a Gurmukhi script word. It can be better explained by breaking the word up. Too meaning you, hee meaning self so, in essence yourself. Gurmukhi words can be hard to explain as they have so many different meanings. Consultation with others may give you a different explanation but maybe worthwhile to seek out. Blessings, Goldie Singh.
