I have a question about the one titled " KY for balancing the aura. "

The last step states to " play the tape of the Wahe Guru Jeeo

meditation. " This meditation is easy enough to find in may forms but

is this Kriya talking about a specific tape?

The reason I ask is because it goes on to say, " When you hear the

Toohee, take one powerful breath of fire, etc.... "

What is the Toohee?

Yes this is a reference to a specific tape. The word " Tuhee " (Or

sometimes " Toohee)is a Gurmukhi variant of the word " Too(n) "

and " Tu. " All these words mean " You " and in Gurbani this is in

reference to God. But the " Tuhee " form is a more emphatic way of

saying " You " , it is " You " but with an exclamation point- as you might

say aloud with a gasp when you suddenly see who it is that is

orchestrating everything, and realize that you are seeing God; " YOU! "

Snatam Kaur sang a chant in her last concert here in Eugene in which

the word " Tuhee " (Or " Toohee " ) was repeated often. This was the first

time my full attention was brought to this word, in this form. As

usually happens for me when I see/hear her chanting, her pure and

complete passion just in singing this word " You! " (to God) in this

chant was very moving for me. Unfortunately I did not find out what

the name of that particular chant was. That will come along too, I am

sure. However I began looking for chants and passages containing this

emphatic form of the word " You! " and found a handful. They are all

wonderful because of the devotion/passion being expressed by the

Gurus in them.

As things seem to happen, within a few weeks of my getting so caught

up with this word " Toohee " and while I was still in the midst of

that, I discovered that my numerology pointed specifically to the

kriya that is being discussed in this thread and which mentions the

instructions you described - to begin breath of fire when the

word " Toohee " is sung.

My sikh friend Gobind Kaur has the tape described in that kriya and

she loaned it to me for a while. I am not sure if it is still

available, and I dam not aware of any digitized version of it, but

ancient healing ways and maybe also spirit voyage does/do have a LOT

of old tape cassettes still for sale at low prices and listed on

their web sites.

Sat Nam,

And thank you very much.

I knew it had to refer to something specific but no one seemed to know and I

knew it could not have been a mere typo.

I will investigate the two sources you mentioned for the tape.

Sat Nam again,

I forgot to ask, do you remember the title and or artist(s) on the tape you

borrowed from your friend? Or was it just a compilation of mantras?
