I have been doing KY for a few months now. I have noticed that the area

between my shoulder blades (thorasic spine and back of heart chakra) is

quite literally locked up. Years ago I had a lot of problems in this area

and went to a Cranial Osteopath who found my spine in that area had twisted

inwards and then under - big ouch! It took years of sessions (and a lot of

money) to get it working and freed up again and be able to live without

pain.

 

 

 

I am not in pain now and I don't believe there is a " problem " I think this

is more of a stuck energy issue.......as the rest of my body finds freedom

through KY it seems like the thorasic area is frozen (though it does not

feel cold). When I am lying down doing deep relaxation my whole body lets

go except for this are and it is like there is a hardness there - difficult

to explain and that is why I feel it is an energetic issue.

 

 

 

As I write it occurs to me that this block is preventing my Kundalini energy

from flowing freely.
