Differences between two forms of yoga?

Just wondering is there a difference between Laya Yoga and Kundalini

Yoga? One book I saw had what they termed a Laya Mantra where you do

root locks between certain words, it seemed very beneficial.

 

I did a search on the internet and most sites said that Kundalini Yoga

is Laya Yoga.

 

If they are not the same does anyone have any reference sites/book

information that they could share?
