Guest guest
Sat Nam, Any practices for asthma? I´m suffering from asthma lately. On day 700+ of Sodarshan Kriya. 15-20mins. feel happy just have asthma- Heard that doing pranayams incorrectly could cause asthma and other illness. Could anyone elaborate on this. Also that asthma is related to sexual repression and a tight pelvis. Doing the kriya for pelivc balance. Any other recommended practices to alleviate this? Slowly trying to do modifications for bound lotus, my hips are closed tips for opening them? -Chris Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Search.
