I've just got a few questions that I hope to be able to clarify. I have bad blood flow in my body and when I sit in a position for too long, like when I'm trying to meditate (new to this as well), my legs and sometimes my arms go totally numb. Is it alright to meditate while lying down on the floor? I've also been having some reflux and stomach problems since years ago. I've heard from some people that people with weak stomachs or intestines or the whole abdominal area in general should avoid certain yoga poses. Is that true? Thanks in advance!
