Solar plexus problem

Sat Nam everybody!

 

This is my first post but I have enjoyed reading this group for a

while now.

 

Can anyone tell me of a kriya for relieving fear and anxiety that is

based firmly in my solar plexus. This problem has always plagued me

and is sometimes physically painful. I am 48 now, but when I was

young my parents took me in for a whole GI series of X-rays because

my stomach bothered me so much. It showed nothing wrong.

 

I understand this may have to do with blocked energy and possibly

past emotional traumas. It also seems to run in my family, along

with depression.

 

My daily yoga and meditation has helped but I know if I could clear

this up I could move forward so much better.
