Guest guest
According to my teacher trainer, the three bij mantras are Sat nam; Ek ong kar; Wahe Guru. Peace and light, Jagatjeet
Guest guest
Sat Nam, As I understand it Bij Mantras are a type of mantra - a seed sound containing an essence that grows when chanted. " Sat Nam " is described all ofver the place as a bij mantra - whose blossoming awakens the soul and presents you with your destiny, but I'm findning it hard to locate a reference within Kundalini Yoga to other bij mantras. Does anyone have a reference to other Bij Mantras and their effects? (Maybe I'm looking in the wrong books). My guess is that 'Ong' (used in Ong meditation) is one. Does 'Har' count as Bij? I recall doing a meditation on 'Ma' ... but overall I'm a little confused in this area. Thanks in advance RD
