Guest guest
Hi, I've been doing the " sat nam " meditations after tuning in with " Ong na mo guru dev na mo " (I think it was lesson 3). However, sometimes, I get this .. surge of energy or something that goes to my head and I get a headache, but just for a moment and then it goes away again. I've had this once before I started the " sat nam " meditation. Has this happened to anyone else before? Am I doing something I shouldn't? Another question I would like to ask is, is it mecessary for me to stick to the 11, 22 or 31 minutes? Sometimes I " overshoot " the timings. Thanks in advance!
