Surge headaches

Hi,

I've been doing the " sat nam " meditations after tuning in with " Ong

na mo guru dev na mo " (I think it was lesson 3). However, sometimes,

I get this .. surge of energy or something that goes to my head and I

get a headache, but just for a moment and then it goes away again.

I've had this once before I started the " sat nam " meditation. Has

this happened to anyone else before? Am I doing something I shouldn't?

Another question I would like to ask is, is it mecessary for me to

stick to the 11, 22 or 31 minutes? Sometimes I " overshoot " the

timings.

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I have always heard that you can decrease the amount of time but never go

over.

This question is not about Surge headaches. Please send question with

appropriate header i.e. Timing for meditations.
