Questions about sodarshan

Hello,

 

I am on day 110 of sodarshan(no pause between days). I can only do 5

min each day, which are really hard to complete.

Before I do sodarshan, I do the following routine:

 

10 min one-minute breath

5 min mahan gyan mudra

8 min meditation for addictions

10 min breath of fire

 

I feel that my energy has probably risen to the 2nd chakra, since I

feel energy behind my navel point. I have practiced kundalini on and

off since june 07, except for when I started seriuosly commiting to

sodarshan(110 days ago). I understand that KY should be practice

gradually, but is there anything I can do to increase my sodarshan

practice and my KY concentration? Any advice...

* This alone is impressive.

 

5 min mahan gyan mudra

8 min meditation for addictions

10 min breath of fire

 

* And all of this too. Maybe you have just had enough and your body does not

want to do anymore at that time.

 

* I would suggest that you add some physical exercises at the beginning of your

practice. Experiment and see which ones make it easier to do SCK. Perhaps

some navel and leg exercises would distribute the energy better in your body.

 

 

I feel that my energy has probably risen to the 2nd chakra,

 

* with the above pratice, your energy will be moving through your whole body and

all the chakras.

 

since I feel energy behind my navel point.

 

* That is the 3rd chakra.

 

* Maybe try doing either or both of these after SCK
