Guest guest
Sat Nam Nirvair Kaur, I have been using the Ten-Body Meditation to focus on the ten bodies to heal my daughter from injuries suffered in a car accident. When Yogiji first gave this meditation he said to do it for forty days and it will heal the ten bodies in a natural sequence. You can tell which body it is focusing on by how you feel--if you feel emotional, physical pain or whatever it changes from day to day. I did it for myself back in the nineties and went through the process blindly. Now I consciously call upon the qualities of the ten Gurus to send my daughter each of their blessings. So I know from experience it can be used this way and be very effective. I do not know but I'm sure someone will be able to tell you where the meditation is to be found. All Guru's Blessings, Guruprem Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Ananda, Thanks for your reply. I have both of the books you recommended and they have some valuable information, but what I am really looking for :-) is suggestions from people who have actually practiced specific kriyas and meditations for the different bodies, or done them in classes. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Everyone, I'm interested in exploring which Kundalini kriyas and meditations can be used effectively to focus on each of the ten bodies. I'd like input from people who have worked with a kriya or meditation for a specific body in their own personal practice, or who have done a certain set for a specific body in a class and had a positive experience with it. If you can give me the name of the kriya/meditation and the name of a manual I can find it in, I can check out the details on my own. Thanks in advance for your help. Guest guest
Dear Nirvair Kaur Nirvair Singh also has a video that goes with the book. What's nice about the video is that he shows you the Kriyas which he suggests in the book. I enjoyed both very much. The other book is by Guruchander Singh Khalsa called " Numerology " and the 2nd book " Tantric Numerology " are very complimentary to also study. I found that by working with these three books it gave me a real feel for the 10 Bodies and from there I was able to go into my manuals and pick other Kriyas and meditations to work with... Last year we worked with each of the 10 bodies for 40 days each, it took over a year to do and was an awesome experience! Then, you can also do your numerology chart (from the instructions in the book " Numerology " , or you can go online and have it done), and work with what is recommended for you personally...from a 10 body perspective. For me personally I found that by working with the 10 bodies first, gave me a much deeper understanding of working with my personal chart... many blessings ~ Jiwan Shakti Kaur ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Nirvair, If you're doing a series on the ten bodies, you might want to acquire the KRI approved book The Kundalini Yoga Experience by Guru Dharam S. Khalsa and Darryl O'Keefe. It includes two different meditations for each of the ten bodies. (Not exactly what you're looking for, but very useful!) Guest guest
sat nam nirvair- i have been doing the set " awakening to the 10 Bodies " in Owner's Manual for the Human Body, and I love it! It makes me feel calm and still full of happy energy. I wish I knew which body each exercise stimulated, but I can definitely recommend the set--I'm a beginner, and I feel that it's a really good set for helping me develop full body awareness while giving my chakras a good clearing and balancing. I love to do it in the morning. peace-- j jerusalem, israel Kundaliniyoga , " scorpiozydeco " <nirvairkaur wrote: > > > Sat Nam, Everyone, > > I'm interested in exploring which Kundalini kriyas and meditations can > be used effectively to focus on each of the ten bodies.
