Guest guest
Hi, Im sudharsana. Im new to this forum and just started doing the sadhana since two days. The second day i did the meditation for 11 minutes as suggested and i felt my left leg go numb. I didnt notice it until i finished with my meditation. I feel something is wrong with my sitting position or the way of doing the meditation. Can anyone clarify this for me. -- Regards, Sudharsana Gomathi Accenture Pvt Ltd., Mob : +91-9885331614
Guest guest
Hello, The legs getting numb, buttocks pain and back pain is usual experience for new starters. The breathing and posture will come automatically. Maybe to can try to make sure the both thigh is level with your sitting position and erect your spinal cord untill you can feel pressure on your perineum (muldahara chakra). Keep on practising and you will find the most suitable position for your meditation. Thank you.
