-Dear Guru Rattana and Group,

Just a short post to say I am well. Drinking is in my past. Thanks

to many people here,Guru Rattana's most clear post, KY+ meditation,

God, and lots of proper supplements to address the damage that has

been done.

What is working: Sat Kriya, or Sat Kriya as part of the set, " Kriya

for the instinctual self, " Kirtan Kriya, and also lots of

surrendering time on the floor after sets, meditation, or alone on

weekends. Neutral mind meditations are part of my sadhana too.

Foot note: After my last post my fiance' and I ended our 2 year

connection and I have a lot of relief towards this and the KY and

meditations are keeping me going.

Thank you all for being on this life journey too.

I will have more to share soon.

Sat Nam,

Marty

Sat kriya and especially frogs will help you to establish a stong lower

triangle. With sat kriya I´m finding that my addictions are lessoning

substantially.Just don´t beat yourself up if you slip. Old habits or wanting to

do them will come up every 40 days, but with less intensity. Do it everyday

even if for minimum times. -Sat Nam Chris Charles Cadiz Spain
