I do a morning sadana everyday. I do some warm up of Kundalini poses

and then whatever practice calls to me. I want to add a morning Sat

Kirya. How long should one do sat Kirya as a start point. 5 minutes?

I'm still at 3 minutes, then a 2 min break.

 

Add 3 min, and 2 min break slowly over time. I've done mine 3 min for

some months. :)

 

I'm curious as to your morning sadhana layout, would you mind sharing?

Sat Nam,

 

It's a good idea to start off with 3 minutes for the Sat Kriya then

build up as you get stronger. You can build up by 30 seconds at a time

to get yourself used to it.
