Sat Nam,

I am new to Kundalini Yoga and am in the process of taking the free

course online (not very far into it yet). I stumbled onto the Kundalini

Yoga DVD with Gurumukh. I had done some Hatha yoga in the past but

was in a funk and hadn't really been very active at all for quite a

while. When I saw the video, it looked fun and I was intrigued so I

gave it a go and immediately got hooked on Kundalini Yoga. The first

week I was so sore I couldn't even bend over and sort of moaned with

each step I took, but now this is my fifth week doing it and I'm

feeling better than I have in a long time and my clothes are getting

loose. I love Kundalini Yoga. I've been telling everyone about it.

I live in the heart of the midwest and there aren't any good yoga

classes in my area so I'm mostly on my own, but I feel there is so

much good info on the internet and now I have you guys and I know I'm

on the right track.

There is much here that I don't understand, but I'm moving on with

faith that I will figure out all that I need to know.

I am very happy to meet you all and look forward to learning much from

you and giving back when I can.
