Guest guest
Sat Nam! It has been a long time since I have posted as I've been so busy. In fact, I even had a dream that Guru Rattana posted something online directed specially for me! I think it was telling me to post what was on my mind soon. I do the Sat Nam meditation (lesson 5) every night before I sleep. Sometimes though, my head hurts a bit for a short instance, then it goes away again. Sometimes it comes back again, sometimes it doesn't. The pain seems to be at the front of my head, maybe around the third eye chakra region? Has anybody else experienced it before? I also get pain and needles in my arms and sometimes my shoulders when I am holding the pose with my hands. Am I doing something wrong? I put my right palm into my left palm first, then adjust such that my left thumb is in the center of my right palm. It sort of looks like an inverted V. Then I hold my hands to my chest and start the Sat Nam chanting (A long Saaaaaaat and a final Nam). And in reply to Guru Rattana, I'm originally from Singapore, but I'm now in Western Australia, Perth. I think I'll put the latter as the place I'm at when I sign off in future.
